About the role
This Executive Assistant (EA) position is not just a scheduling or administrative role, it is an integral part of the executive team, trusted with privileged information and actively supporting strategic coordination across personal, professional, and operational spheres.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Executive Support
- Provide proactive calendar and meeting management for the CEO.
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for high-level meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and itineraries.
- Discretion & Lifestyle Integration
- Manage sensitive information discreetly, including confidential financial, personal, and lifestyle data.
- Ensure household and business interfaces run smoothly during the CEO’s travel or high-demand periods.
- Talent & Stakeholder Coordination
- Help review and organize candidate profiles.
- Track recruitment follow-ups and liaise with internal hiring teams
- Project Support & Research
- Assist in vetting, documenting, or supporting strategic projects, ranging from investments to philanthropy.
- Office and Workflow Management
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of administrative functions and anticipate the CEO's needs proactively.
What you already know how to do
- Pedigree & Exposure: Candidates with international academic or work experience are strongly preferred. As stated by leadership, educational pedigree reflects readiness for discretion, exposure, and executive maturity.
- Corporate Agility & Nimbleness: Ideal candidates balance polish and formality with an entrepreneurial, “get-it-done” spirit.
- Discretion & Emotional Intelligence: The candidate must be able to handle sensitive details like CEO travel habits and financials with extreme maturity and confidence.
